many of the bands original songs. Known for
his willingness to pick with just about anyone,
Mark is a true music lover. Check out his

Randy
Rice -(Banjo, Guitar) Andy, also
known as Randy, has been riding the wave of
success created by his involvement in two
former bands-- Blue Muse and Six Piece No
Grease. Originally a guitarist rooted in blues
and rock, Andy switched gears and picked up
the banjo. Feel
free to check out his original tune "Randy's
Breakdown" under the music tab on this
site.

Brian
St. Cin - (Guitar) Brian's style
has been accurately described as "smokestack
lightnin lead guitar pickin". Originally
a lead guitarist in Six Piece No Grease, Brian
bridged the gap into flatpicking with apparent
ease. He has written the music to several
Sawmill Band originals including Blue Funk
Special. Look for more of Brian's originals
on the site in the upcoming months.

Kenny
Wayne Gentry - (Guitar, Vocals) Kenny came to us
as a temporary replacement for Brian. Now he has become an irreplaceable
member of the band. Ken has recently been
heard saying "All I want to do is sing"--
And sing he does. Check him out on Tough Mama
and On & On.

Sean
"Gomar" Wilhite - (Bass) Sean, also
known as Clammy, fills his role as the backbone
of the band beautifully. With roots in Jazz
and Funk, Sean holds the band together with
fantastic original bass lines. Also, as a
professional soundman, Sean works tirelessly
to make sure we are heard. Check out his solos
on Randy's Breakdown, Blue Funk Special and
Ol' Kentucky.

Joe
Marcallini - (Mandolin, Vocals) Joe,
the mastermind behind such bands as Beatnik's
Caravan and Blue Muse, made the initial steps
to form The Sawmill Band. Originally a guitarist,
Joe picked up the mando and penned several
original tunes including Ol' Kentucky and
Sloppy Joe. As our in house web designer,
Joe is responsible for the web site and e-flyers.
